Established in 2007, CT Property Network’s leader, Deirdre JP Virvo has a passion for real estate. Deirdre is the founder and managing member of CT Property Network and Just Like Home, LLC. Co-author of two books: Be A Success Maverick, and Home to Home, The Step by Step Senior Housing Guide, Deirdre is a real estate entrepreneur and a social worker at heart. Her passion for Seniors has led her to open a boutique senior residence for seniors who have assisted living and memory care needs. She teaches workshops across CT helping seniors and their families create a housing roadmap to honor seniors’ wishes and prepare for eldercare. She takes pride in helping homeowners stay out foreclosure.
With Deirdre at the helm, CT Property Network has been closing an average of 100 short sale transactions per year since 2008. Her tenacious personality empowers her to CLOSE even the toughest deals. Her integrity ensures a WIN-WIN-WIN for all involved. Deirdre also wrote and teaches a Continuing Education course for Realtors across CT on How to Buy Distressed Properties, Short Sales, Auctions, Foreclosures, sharing her knowledge to help others help people from foreclosure. Transforming distressed homes into brand new homes is also her love. Deirdre has vision and loves helping people out of their troubles.
